Elected at large to the Story County Board of Supervisors in 2020 Latifah is a dedicated public servant, community advocate, proud ISU graduate and Story County native. With a strong commitment to transparency, equity, and responsible leadership, Latifah is running for Story County Supervisor District 3 to serve the people in her district and across Story County.
“Local government is about our shared community. We don’t have to agree on everything, but I believe we all want to know our roads and bridges are safe and that when we call 911 someone will come help us. We want affordable housing, good jobs, beautiful parks where we can be close to nature, clean water and our seniors to have the services they need.”
